Move over, Vanessa Hudgens. There's a new naughty Disney girl - and she's not taking her scandal laying down.
Cheetah Girl Adrienne Bailon is gearing up for a lawsuit after naked photos of herself popped up online.
"It's not a scenario where she purposedly leaked the photos for attention," Bailon's rep Jonathan Jaxson told the Daily News on Monday. "We're pursuing legal action."
Bailon's laptop was stolen from her luggage cart at JFK International Airport last week, but was returned hours later by someone who demanded $1,000.
"They didn't really want to question it further," Jaxson said.
Days later, pictures of Bailon sans skivvies - intended for her longtime boyfriend, 21-year-old Robert Kardashian - began to hit the 'Net.
Bailon is "absolutely distraught" over the scandal, her rep says, but is still touring the country with the Cheetah Girls.
A police report has been filed and Bailon is currently pursuing futher options.
Says Jaxson: "It's not going to be an overnight thing."
No word on whether Disney will let Bailon off with a public slap on the wrist, as they did with Hudgens' nude scandal in 2007. A rep for the company declined to comment on Monday.
